SWREG takes the pain out of electronic commerce.
Why waste your valuable time and energy when we can provide all the technology and e-commerce knowledge you need for just a small premium over a typical credit card merchant account fee. All our prices include credit card processing on our merchant account.
We let you concentrate on improving your software while we look after the actual process of making the sale. All you need to do is create your free account on SWREG and add your products. Within just minutes you will be selling. Any changes or additions you make will become live immediately. You send your customers to us (we tell you how to do this) and we make the sale for you. On the 15th of the following month we pay you less our discount. After we get to know you (minimum 3 months) you can apply to be paid weekly.

Realtime sales Realtime sales. We process most credit cards in realtime. We also have toll free phone and fax numbers in more than 16 countries to take sales from customers who are concerned about credit card security on the Internet. Look and Feel. We have a server-side template based system you can use to make our pages appear to be on your website - you can have multiple page sets, each with a different language. Or you can use our Advanced Level Linking whereby you collect the sales data and pass it to our gateway API. With this option you would collect all the order details and send them to us in a defined manner and we process them automatically and instantly. See a list of example websites >>
Fewer lost sales. This is true! On other online registration services the transaction simply appears to have failed if the card issuing bank requires a person call the authorization center, or if the merchant's bank and the card issuing bank get a communications failure (can happen in the run up to Christmas). Our system explains what has happened to the customer, and invites him/her to either try another card or click a link to get us to manually obtain authorization for the card. This situation causes as many as 15% of orders to fail; think of the revenue this loses and how many sales we can save for you with our system! We also show a list of all failed orders for you to see so you can contact the customer directly if you'd like to find out what happened - we are fully transparent. Nearly 5% of orders have an invalid expiration date, and the bank gives these a failure message. Our system analyzes the message and invites the customer to correct the date (we only allow this 3 times for security reasons) ...would you have lost that sale if you were using one of our competitors? We accept more forms of payment than most services. We accept Mastercard, Eurocard, VISA, Delta, JCB, Switch, Solo, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, UK check, U.S. check, Postcheque, International Money Order, Bank wire and PayPal. All pages display guideline prices in the currency of choice that the customer selects each time he enters the store. The prices shown in USD, GBP or Euro are the exact prices that will appear on the customer's credit card statement (except Diners, Switch or Solo that all calculate in GBP). Some customers feel uneasy about giving their credit card details online. We give them the option of placing the order online, but providing their payment information via a printable form which they can fax to us toll free. They can also call one of the toll-free phone numbers in 16 countries to place their order. |

Tiered Pricing Tiered Pricing. Create discount tables for multiple license sales. Variable pricing per product. A given product can have unlimited variable pricing values. Customization of e-mail receipts - fully configurable - you can have a different email for each delivery method used or each different version of your program or a mix of both (up to 81 possible emails per program sold)! You can now add a unique binary attachment to your email receipt for each order. (Subject to a 2 cent per 100k surcharge per order). Multi-currency selling. We charge customers in their own currency in GBP, USD or Euro, saving them approximately 3% in bank exchange rates on the final price! Keycodes can be either linked to a cgi engine on our server, your server, or simply be a list of valid codes uploaded to us. It can also be one number fits all. We can provide you with the ability to issue a temporary code, then we automatically send a valid full keycode after X days (you decide how many). This is useful where your product suffers from fraud attempts and gives you time to verify or refund orders. |
| Multiple Payment Options |
Payments monthly or weekly Payment after one week option. Available to most accounts after 3 months of clean trading. Recurring transactions. Our easy-to-use control panel that lets you handle subscriptions, etc. We accept Micropayments for low denomination trasactions at a special reduced fee of only 69 cents up to $7 item value. You pay other people anywhere in the world using your funds from the SWREG control panel by any of the methods described above. We pay you by ACH Direct Deposit, U.S. check, UK BACS (straight into your bank account), UK check for ex-pats, wire transfer and PayPal - you choose! You get paid on or shortly after the 15th of the month following the month of the order (i.e. all August sales paid 15th September). All payments including wire transfers are free of transmission costs (one per month). We can now pay residents of many countries in local currency using a check mailed from a local bank at a competitive exchange rate. Weekly payments (one week in arrears) are available after 3 months of clean trading for an additional 1% fee. |

Fraud prevention and detection We have sophisticated techniques for reducing fraud. We reserve the right to issue refunds where we have identified fraud. If the customer denies the charge and we cannot prove supply, or if there was a fraud and the bank chargeback to us, we will do a refund. We will not penalize you with any chargeback fees, though you will lose the commissions on chargebacks. Don't get too obsessed about chargebacks, because we rely on anti-fraud and fraud preventive measures, this is a relatively isolated occurrence. We can calculate and collect the money required to be accounted for under EU VAT rules applied since July 1, 2003. Manual authorization rules. You can set criteria which will allow you to approve orders before the card is charged. Vendor/author administration area. You can see all of your sales details in realtime. You can do refunds, edit your existing details, and add new programs all in one location. Product Fulfillment. We can supply, burn, print, and mail CDs worldwide. Affiliate program.
